Welcome to my Website!

Hello :-) My name is jobee and this website on neocities has been live since late 2023!

I am not very skilled with html, webdev, etc, and spending time on my computer is not a high priority. As a result, this website does not get updated often! However, a long term goal of mine is that I would like this website to be a sort of home base for all of my creative endeavours.

Features I am 'Playtesting'!

• Tagging. At the foot of my written articles are now tags, which can take you to similar posts if I have ever written anything else like that (often... not).
• A new header structure. Hopefully this new structure gives a bit of future proofing to the site, letting me expand or restructure without having to change 40 web pages.
• A weather day page. When I get my day cancelled because of weather, the tradition with the team at work is to go through a bunch of online puzzles together until we're more than certain it won't clear up. The weather day page is for all those distractions.
• A changelog. I could only backdate by about a week, so the last 3 years' progress of the site is in the ether, but moving forward I should be able to see what I did when. It's linked in the footer update date!
• Tab Icons. I might play with it to make it clearer but at least I have one now!

Feature Wishlist!

I've been unable to devote a lot of time to the site lately, so I think this list grows faster than it is tackled!

• Bookmark Collection. I like making custom bookmarks to use when I'm reading. I want to upload images of them :-)
• My own blinkies. I've never done pixel art, but I do like small formats, so hopefully I can successfully make a template!
• Link dump page. Self explanatory! I will just take some time to collect/organize.
• Northern Flicker. My favourite bird. I would like to make a shrine of sorts or informative post about it <3
• Waterfowl Identification. Is it clear I'm becoming a birder? Apparently there are some pretty big differences between some waterfowl, and I'd like to make myself a reference on how to tell.
• How-to page(s). I had a (white) ball cap that got caught in the conveyor belt at airport security. I want to deep clean it and remove the grease, and write myself a quick how-to on the page. Other how-tos as well!
• Javascript. I am very happy building a static site. I don't know ANYTHING about javascript. . . ... But wouldn't it be cool?
